INVESTMENT FOR PROSPERITY

National stability is the important thing to enhance local and national developing, many aspect become focus government efforts to protect whole People of Indonesia, to realization a condition stable, comfortable and fair.      

So far away, I think in this sector still have problem that make investment in Indonesia steady constant, you can see our government give many authorities to local government for own developing, although not everything, so that currently central government give chance for developing with existing cultures.

Based on my previous article about e permit which this procedure will make the bureaucracy easier. In this part we can see this program has name one stop service, day by day we can see Improvement of services quality it showing steady increase, 34 Province, 399 District, 98 Municipality has built this institution. Based on data from Ministry of internal affairs 17 Regions have not established this service.

In case many regulations inhibit investment in regional but government finally canceled 3142 regulations, the majority of that about investment. Sum of this case we can see problem in one stop service such as not all regulation delegated to local government, the procedure not integrated, Human Resource not cooperated, and longer service process depend money or indicate process corruption.  

If the process goes well, exactly many people believe and satisfied with government services and the end of that, investors will come to here and together developing Indonesia become prosperous country in the world, Damn love Indonesia.

  

E-PERMIT STILL ON THE PROCESS

The one of tasks ministry of internal affairs is to synchronize RPJMN With RPJMD for make sure synergy the purposes point of development and to achieve targets in RPJMN has become the priority, and harmonize relations between Central and local government in order to achieves the essential goals in National Development, To optimization resources with efficient, effective, fairly, and sustainable and also budget adjustment for developing central and local government based on local diversity.

In increasing economic Ministry of internal affairs supporting local government to open chances for investor come and build Indonesia.  Based on data for the aspect easy doing business Indonesia currently in the 40^th position of all the countries. This show up Indonesia has been success enhance this aspect,  Beside of that several factor become focus to success these programs, such as ministry must make a regulations to make investment permit simply.  To leads of that all permits must use technology, it could be easy and reduce corruption. In many countries the process just need 3 days instead of more than one month like in here, but day by day our president is commit to change this problem. To solve this problem and easier permit today in 34 provinces build one stop service program.  honestly this program give many benefit and cut off long process of bureaucracy but also for principle and location permits still held by local leader.  In the fact, this program not really success we still find out indicates misappropriation such as employer make long term of the procedure and high cost. If this problem still happening so central government must give sanctions based on Government’s regulation No. 12 of 2017

IMPROVING THE ROLE OF VILLAGE GOVERNMENT IN DEVELOPING VILLAGE

Village development in Indonesia for the last 2 years has been increasing, The Number of villages in Indonesia in 2015 based on data at ministry of internal affairs amount of 74.754 villages and has increase rapidly in 2017 total become 74.910 villages, has spread over in 34 provinces. But also based data fromlarge  BPS and BAPPENAS in 2015 from the many of that 20432 villages still poor and can’t building that villages, this one become the problems for government for overcoming these many actions must be implementation to achieve welfare and equilibrium. The population who live in villages based on data BPS in 2015 amount 123,5 million peoples, whom 17.93 million so poor.

To develop villages, central government has been allocating fund since 2015, That is an evidence president commit seriously for building this country from rural, for mechanism directly in the transfer of a year three times, in this year more than 60 trillion has allocated to success this program.  Even in the next years the fund will be added again become 103 Trillion.  Government really massive to success this program but also many people who work in villages have not good capacity for manage that money, the effect program doesn’t  give more benefits for villagers, really government must make training program such as Financial Management so that will make the development become transparent, and accountable, besides of that villagers has to responsibility for the village.

 
I think many aspects must become attention for developing villages, such as :

• The Local Government must follow up the regulations especially regulation no. 6 in 2014 about Village
• The Governor can carry on role more to solve the regional problems in his district
• The Local government like province, district, city need more commitment sharply to improving  apparatus whom related for developing village with utilize village funds.
• The Local Government must increase control to village governance 
• Village government must obey all existing regulations
